All merchandise sold by us are set with genuine diamonds and gemstones carrying the type and weight as specified, and our gold contents meet with the international standard. Bee’s Diamonds guarantees that the diamonds we supply, as covered by issued invoice, are NATURAL DIAMONDS in the context and terminology of the World Federation of Diamond Bourses and the Trade Description (Definition of Diamond) Regulations, Laws of Hong Kong, Chapter 362L (as used by the Customs and Excise Department of the Government of the Hong Kong SAR). We also declare that, to the best of our knowledge, we comply with the Best Practice Principles of the World Federation of Diamond Bourses and their affiliate members and that the diamonds we supply are conflict free in compliance with United Nations Security Council Resolution 1173.
Bee’s Diamonds is an established and well known diamonds wholesaler, supplying fine quality, GIA certified diamonds to local and overseas jewellery manufacturers and retailers. We guarantee the best and unbeatable fixed price on all of our genuine diamonds jewellery to our customers.
Bee’s Diamonds guarantees that, within 7 days of purchase from us, should a customer purchase a piece of diamond jewellery item of identical features to the one purchased from Bee’s Diamonds in another Hong Kong based and registered jewellery store at a lower price, the customer will be entitled to a full refund at Bee’s Diamonds. A price difference would be levied should you wish to exchange your purchased item for another item of equal or higher value within 7 days of purchase (except for custom made jewellery). No exchange is available for items of lesser value than the purchased item(s).
Customers should bring the original receipts and jewellery pieces to Bee’s Diamonds for inspection or call our customer service hotline at 2180 7812. For purchases made using a credit card or via overseas bank transfer, a 3% bank service charge will be levied.
Please note that Bee’s Diamonds is unable to provide exchange or refund for personalized or customized jewellery made per order or any purchase of fancy shaped and rose cut diamonds.
